    Our kids classes in Hybrid Martial Arts include a blend of tradition with modern martial arts with drills focused on sparring, self-defense, and self-development. Every class is focused on improving your life by increasing your fitness, strength, and confidence.

    Hybrid Martial Arts is going to teach your children more than just kicking and punching. Why? Because they need it!

    In this world of social media and constant screen-watching, kids need an outlet for fun, creativity, and regular exercise. Our classes are designed to help give your kids a workout, while having fun and feeling like they are learning something new!

  • Teen/Adult Martial Arts (13+)

    It is hard to find the time to workout regularly and to stay committed to your training. Why not try something new that not only gets you stronger and in better shape, but it helps you learn a new skill along the way? Our classes in Williamstown are designed to teach you real self-defense, while giving you a solid workout that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to come back for more!

  • Women's Fitness Kickboxing

    Looking for something to spice up your workouts? Or looking to start your fitness journey and you don’t know where to start? Our Women’s Fitness Kickboxing classes in Williamstown offer a safe, clean environment where you can sweat, get stronger, and have fun! Our women-only classes offer a non-intimidating approach to fitness that will challenge you, but also leave you feeling stronger and more empowered than when you walked in.

  • Quite the opposite! The goal of martial arts is to teach students how to show restraint and avoid violence. We never want your child to have to use their training to defend themselves, but we absolutely want them to have the skills in case they need to.

  • Our classes offer a fun, safe environment with a community of like-minded individuals working towards a common goal of becoming better. While anything new can be intimidating, we will make sure you feel comfortable and welcome as you begin your martial arts journey.

  • We do only have a certain amount of space in our martial arts training area. To take advantage of our class pass, fill in any of the forms above.

    Additionally, you can always call us, we would love to chat with you about what we do, and if our Williamstown martial arts program will be a right fit for you and/or your family.

  • Make sure to wear comfortable clothing that you would workout in (No jeans, skirts, or clothing that would be uncomfortable).

    We recommend bringing a water bottle and coming in a few minutes early so we can make you feel comfortable. Most importantly, remember to bring a good attitude - We are excited to meet you and have a fun class! :)

  • Hammonton Martial Arts teaches Mixed Martial Arts, meaning there are various styles blended into the curriculum. In our classes you will learn Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and basic ground defense and Jiu Jitsu.

  • Absolutely! We encourage parents to watch their children in their Kids Martial Arts lessons. We love parents who are involved and want to watch class. And so do their kids! Even better, join into some of our martial arts classes for adults. Nothing is cooler than families who train together!

    But - If you are like most parents and need a few minutes of “me-time? Simply drop them off and grab a coffee if you need it. They will greet you with a huge smile when you return, because they had SO much fun!
